In 2002, Hussain Sajwani formed DAMAC Properties in Dubai, a public development and management company for commercial, hotel apartments, leisure and residential properties. They are the largest developer and operator of hotel apartments in the world, one of the largest property developers in the Middle East, and was the first development company from Dubai listed on the London Stock Exchange.
DAMAC takes pride in developing high-end, luxurious, glamorous-looking properties. Bugatti even conceptualized a select number of luxury villas. DAMAC also provides equally extravagant marketing rewards. They gave away a luxury car to anyone that purchased a new property. Past cars given away include Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini and Mercedes Benz.
